✔️ Choose the right vehicle – Opt for a city car for urban travel, an SUV for more comfort or a 4x4 for off-road adventures.

✔️ Check the condition of the vehicle – Before leaving, inspect the car (bodywork, tires, fuel level) and report any anomalies to avoid additional charges.

✔️ Driving in St. Maarten – Driving is on the right, roads can be narrow and hilly. Drive carefully, especially in tourist areas.

✔️ Parking and security – Choose secure parking lots and avoid leaving valuables inside the vehicle.

✔️ Respect the speed limits – Generally, they are 50 km/h in town and 80 km/h on main roads.
